Pharmacokinetics of nab-paclitaxel after intraperitoneal administration. Nude mice bearing subcutaneous EAC-derived xenografts of ∼800 mm3 received a single bolus of 120 mg/kg NPTX intraperitoneally and at designated time points plasma and tissue samples were collected.
