(a) MBE cells or Bcl2-MBE cells were isolated from lung tissues of three representative wild-type mice or three representative Bcl2 transgenic mice, respectively. Bcl2 expression was analyzed by western blot. (b) Extracts from MBE cells isolated from three representative wild-type mice or Bcl2-MBE cells isolated from three representative Bcl2 transgenic mice were incubated with ¹⁴C-CDP.
