Time scale of the experiments. Ten days after injection of CT26 colon murine cancer cells into Balb/c mice, tumors were irradiated with a single dose of 16.4 Gy compared to a non-irradiated control group. RNA-Seq profiling was performed 3 days post-irradiation and immunomonitoring was performed 7 and 14 days post-irradiation.
