NF-κB related cytokine response. HeLa cells were transfected with 2 μg of indicated genes for 24 h and treated with or mock-treated with TNF-α (20 ng/ml) for 6 h. The expression levels of proinflammatory cytokines (A) and inflammatory cytokines (B) were calculated with 2^−ΔΔCT method by normalizing to that of GAPDH.
