Homology clusters between SARS-CoV-2 and MERS-CoV. Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 genome sequence (GenBank number MN996527.1) was aligned with MERS.CoV genome sequence (GenBank number MG987421.1) using Blast 2 sequences from NCBI [12]. Clusters of genome homologies along the whole genome was presented in a Dot plot graph [13].
