Bar diagram showing mean and standard deviation (SD) of cycle threshold (C _t) values of RT‐PCR test for E‐gene and RdRp gene of SARS‐CoV‐2 virus conducted with particulate matter obtained from air at distance of 1 and 3‐m from COVID‐19 patients at medicine wards and ICU. Mean and SD were calculated from the samples, which were positive for both E‐gene and RdRp gene and collected through channels of air sampler that was set at air flow rate of 16.7 and 27 liters per minute.
