Anti-ASGM1 treatment abolished the ability to clear HBV in NFIL3 knockout (KO) mice. a, b NFIL3 KO mice underwent hydrodynamic injection (HDI) with adeno-associated virus (AAV)/HBV1.2 plasmids in the presence or absence of anti-ASGM1 treatment (n = 10 for each group).
