LINC00174 promotes cell proliferation, migration and invasion and activates the TGF-β/SMAD pathway in OS progression by regulating the miR-378a-3p/SSH2 axis. (A,B) Cell viability and proliferation in MG63 cells in each group was detected using CCK-8 and colony formation assays. Significance was analyzed by ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post hoc test. (C,D) The migration and invasion of OS cells by different transfection conditions were measured by wound healing and Transwell assays.
