There was a relation between HNF1A and prognosis of the patients with ESCC, and the construction of HNF1A overexpression cells line by using overexpression lentivirus. (A) HNF1A expresses in various tumors. (B, C) HNF1A was related to OS and PFS of patients with ESCC. (D) The expression of HNF1A in ESCC cell lines and HEEC cells. (E, F) HNF1A overexpressed cell lines TE1 and KYSE150 were successfully constructed at the protein level.
