C57BL/6 mice (n = 8) inoculated with 2 × 10⁵ Hepa1‐6 (B), MC‐38 (C), or B16F10 (D) tumor cells were treated with 70 mg/kg Icaritin (p.o. bid, dissolved in corn oil) or 5 mg/kg anti‐PD‐1 mAb (i.v. biw) or both. Tumor growth of tumor‐bearing mice measured by tumor volume. Data are from a single experiment representative of three independent experiments with eight mice in each group per experiment.
