Features of pulmonary metastases in CS
Nodule size >10 mm:

  •  ~92% metastatic

  •  Particularly in HG-CS and DD-CS

Nodule size <10 mm:

  •  ~77% non-metastatic

  •  Low-grade CS

  •  But more likely metastatic in HG-CS and DD-CS

CS, chondrosarcoma ; DD-CS, dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma; HG-CS, high-grade chondrosarcoma.
