The network is displayed graphically, as nodes (genera) and edges (biological relationship between the nodes). A connection (i.e. edges) stands for a strong (Spearman rank r > 0.8 or r < −0.8) and significant (P < 0.05) correlation between the genera. The size of a node depends on the number of connections. The same node color indicates genera belong to the same module. A red edge indicates a positive interaction between two individual nodes, while a green edge indicates a negative interaction.
