(A) Fifty genes were significantly upregulated (relative abundance >1.32, adjusted P-value <0.01) and (B) 38 genes were significantly downregulated (relative abundance <0.76, adjusted P-value <0.01) in macanull/null compared with all the other four genotypes. Male fertility factor kl-2 mRNA was most strongly and significantly downregulated (relative abundance 0.10 and adjusted P-value 1.65 x 10−196 in macanull/null compared with macanull/+). Genes are sorted based on their chromosomal positions.
