Perl’s Prussian blue staining was distributed to the stroma in IV treated patients while its expression was mainly in the tumour epithelium of oral iron treated patient and FTH1 has significantly reduced in tumours with IV treatment. (a) Positive staining in normal and Tumour cells; (b) analysis for Perl’s Prussian blue, dot plots with mean and standard deviation; (c) Chi square analysis shown expression of Perl’s Prussian blue in Tumour and stroma of Tumour tissue from patients treated with oral or IV iron.
