Enzyme sequences from genome annotation (swissport) of Paraburkholderia sacchari Suichang626 were used as references. BLASTp was conducted against all annotations. Selection criteria are e-value < 1e-50, and similarity >40%. Protein sequence of acetolactate decarboxylase (Paraburkholderia sp. DHOC27 WP117337522.1) was searched and no hit was found from all tested species.
