GEFT can inhibit autophagy and apoptosis in RMS cells via Cdc42. (C) The representative images of RH30 and RD cells transfected with GEFT and GEFT+ZCL278 were detected by immunofluorescence, MDC and AO staining. (D) The apoptosis of RH30 and RD cells transfected with GEFT and GEFT+ZCL278 was detected by TUNEL. (E) Western blotting was used to detect the expression of GEFT, Total Cdc42, Active Cdc42, Bax, Bcl-2, Caspase-3, and Cleaved-PARP protein in RH30 and RD cells transfected with GEFT and GEFT+ZCL278. (F) Flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis of RH30 cells and GEFT-transfected RH30 cells in GEFT, GEFT+CQ, GEFT+ZCL278 and GEFT+ZCL278+CQ groups.
