(A) IgG concentrations over 5 weeks following vaccination. (B) Neutralising antibodies over 4 weeks following vaccination; no participants had serum samples assessed for neutralising antibodies at week 5. Antibodies were tested at 1–2 weeks after the first vaccine dose, at week 3 with the administration of the second vaccine dose, and at weeks 4–5, which refer to 1–2 weeks after the second vaccine dose, respectively.
