Kinetics of antibodies following vaccination
(A-H) and (I-L) show the kinetics of IgG and neutralising antibodies within 5 weeks and 4 weeks following vaccination, respectively, in participants with different demographic characteristics and comorbidities. No participants had serum samples assessed for neutralising antibodies at week 5. Only variables showing statistical significance in the linear mixed model are presented. Arrows indicate the days of vaccination. Antibodies were tested at weeks 1–2 after the first vaccination dose, at week 3 with the administration of the second vaccination dose, and at weeks 4–5, which refer to 1–2 weeks after the second vaccination dose.
