Putative pleiotropic role of prokineticin 1 (PROK1) in the porcine trophoblast during the establishment of pregnancy. The IPA database was used to evaluate the functions of genes up-regulated and proteins activated by PROK1 (vehicle versus PROK1) in the porcine trophoblast collected on days 15 and 20 of pregnancy. The predicted activation is based on an absolute z-score > 2 and the P value of the gene overlap. The icons and color scheme are IPA defaults.
