CircASXL1 silencing restrained hypoxia-mediated inhibition effects on DDP sensitivity. (A and B) The effects between circASXL1 deletion and hypoxia treatment on IC50 value and sensitivity of DDP in A549 and H1299 cells were determined by CCK-8 assay. (C) Flow cytometry analysis was employed to demonstrate the impacts between circASXL1 absence and hypoxia exposure on cell apoptosis in A549 and H1299 cells.
