Provided the following per kilogram of diet: 8,000 IU vitamin A, 2,000 IU vitamin D3, 30 IU vitamin E, 1.5 mg vitamin K3, 1.6 mg vitamin B1, 1.5 mg vitamin B6, 12 μg vitamin B12, 15 mg D-pantothenic acid, 20 mg nicotinic acid, 80 mg Zn (ZnSO4), 100 mg Fe (FeSO4), 20 mg Cu (CuSO4), 25 mg Mn (MnSO4), 0.3 mg I (KI), and 0.2 mg Se (Na2SeO3).
