Recommendation of treatment with L–T4 in children with SH

1. Children with SH with TSH levels higher than 10 mU/L, irrespective of its etiology.
2. Children with SH with TSH levels 4.5–10 mU/L:
	Goiter
	Signs or symptoms of hypothyroidism
	Increased risk of progression into overt hypothyroidism
	-HT
	-Syndromic children (DS, TS)
	-Genetic etiology
	Thyroid nodule, nodular goiter
