Reprogram macrophages phenotype from M1 toward M2 following LPS stimulus ANA-1/peritoneal macrophages were incubated with C16/SIN or the same volume of DMSO for 24 h and then 500 ng/mL LPS challenged for another 6 or 12 h. Cells and supernatnat were collected, respectively. (a) Total RNA were isolated, iNOS expression was assayed by RT-qPCR.
