Effect of miR‐126 on CXCL12‐induced vascular tubes formation ex vivo. To analyse the implication of miR‐126 on CXCL12‐induced angiogenesis ex vivo, the aortic rings from Sprague‐Dawley Rats were transfected and stimulated with CXCL12 at 6 nmol.L^‐1 for 5 d. Quantification of the number of meshes was performed using phase contrast microscope and Archimed^(TM) and Histolab^(TM) software. The results are expressed with mean ± SEM.
