Neural epidermal growth factor–like 1 (NELL1)–associated membranous glomerulopathy in a patient with graft-versus-host disease. Light microscopy shows segmental glomerular basement membrane thickening with subepithelial spike formation (a, Jones methenamine silver, original magnification ×600).
