D, Follow-up CT image obtained 6 months after diagnosis and after androgen deprivation therapy shows significant decrease in size of left iliac chain adenopathy (arrow) to current size of 1 × 0.6 cm compared with size on baseline image (A) (1.8. x 1.3 cm). Findings are consistent with metastatic disease within this left iliac chain adenopathy.
