Dronedarone reverses the shortening of postrepolarization refractoriness (PRR) in murine left atria with reduced Pitx2c. Data show PRR before (A) and after (B) dronedarone (10 μM) in wildtype (WT; N = 6 hearts; 6 animals) and Pitx2c+/– (N = 6 hearts; 6 animals), measured at pacing cycle lengths of 120, 100, and 80 ms.
