Group A, Arthroscopically assisted cannulated screw fixation; Group B, Open reduction and internal fixation with cannulated screws; Op time, Operation time; Preop, preoperative; FFU, Final follow-up; Drawer, anterior drawer test (ADT). The distance the tibia moved forward in the Drawer test and Lachmann test: ⁺1–5 mm; ⁺⁺6–10 mm; ⁺⁺⁺more than 10 mm. For Pivot-shift test: ⁺Grade I; ⁺⁺Grade II; ⁺⁺⁺Grade III.
