The expression of isoform ENST00000295809, corresponding to IFI16A, was 2^0.85 = 1.80 higher in lung samples from COVID-19 patients, and the expression of isoform ENST00000448393, corresponding to IFI16C, was 2^−1.95 or 3.86 times lower.
