Author response image 2. — 293T cell were transfected with pGag, pIRSp53 and siRNA control (siCTRL, lane 1) or siRNA IRSp53 (lane 2); cell lysat and VLP wre loaded on SDS-PAGE gels and immunoblots were revealed with anti-GFP (for IRSp53-GFP) and anti-CAp24 (for HIV-1 Gag). One graph on the left shows the percentage of IRSp53-GFP expression upon siRNA IRSp53 cell treatment (lane 2) as compare to the siRNA CTRL (lane 1).
