Multimodal imaging of the right eye of a 62-year-old woman with pachychoroid neovasculopathy and with a history of chronic central serous chorioretinopathy. (A) Enhanced-depth imaging optical coherence tomography (OCT) demonstrated shallow irregular RPE detachment (double-layer sign) (white arrowhead) with subretinal fluid.
