The first MRI study showed a little cluster of cortical-subcortical hypointense foci on Susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) (B) sited in the right superior temporal gyrus and near the angular gyrus, without abnormal signal of the surrounding white matter on FLAIR images (A). No enhancement was seen (C).
