Deletion of caspase-11–inhibited MCD-induced hepatocytic pyroptosis in mice.Casp11^+/+ (WT) or Casp 11^–/– mice were treated with MCD for 8 weeks to induce NASH. The protein level of (A, B) pro-Gsdmd, (A, C) Gsdmd-N, (A, D) pro-IL-1β, (A, E) mature IL-1β (p17), (A, F) pro-caspase 1, and (A, G) cleaved caspase 1 was detected by Western blot.
