Anti-PfCSP antibody levels in mice immunized with heterologous prime-boost regimens. After immunization with i.m. AdHu5-PfCSP prime (5.0 × 10⁷ pfu/mouse)/AAV-PfCSP boost (1.0 × 10¹¹ vg/mouse), mice were challenged with 500 PfCSP-Tc/Pb sporozoites. Sera were collected one day before the boost and before the sporozoite challenge from the mice used in the challenge study. Anti-PfCSP antibody titers were determined by ELISA. Bars and error bars indicate the means and SDs of the values, respectively. Between-group differences were assessed with the Kruskal–Wallis test and Dunn’s correction for multiple comparisons. ***p < 0.001 and **p < 0.01.
