PfCSP expression profiles in the livers of the protected mice. Mice were primed with i.m. AdHu5-PfCSP (5.0 × 10⁷ pfu/mouse) and boosted with AAV-PfCSP (1.0 × 10¹¹ vg/mouse) followed by a challenge with 500 PfCSP-Tc/Pb sporozoites. Whole livers were obtained from the protected mice in the challenge study. (A) Immunohistochemistry was performed on the liver microsections with 2A10 mAb followed by Alexa 488-conjugated anti-mouse secondary antibody (green).
