Circumferential grafting procedure. (A) After dissection of urethra and NVB, an artificial erection is induced and the curvature axis are marked. (B) A bisection line is traced dividing the curvature angle. (C) The penis is stretched, and the penile curvature is corrected exposing the corpus cavernosum sinusoids. (D) After the PP is implanted, the exposed area is covered with a graft and the urethra and NVB are replaced at the anatomical position. NVB, neurovascular bundle; PP, penile prosthesis.
