Noted residual thin xanthrochromic semi-organized haematoma after drainage of subarachnoid hygroma. Nerve roots were protected under the cottonoid. The semi-organized haematoma was evacuated. (C) Post wide fenestration of the arachnoid layers and drainage of the hygromas. Cauda equina nerve roots were adequately decompressed.
