Left: Paraffin embedded Hs578T breast and SVR angiosarcoma tumors were sectioned and processed for TUNEL staining. For each tumor, a total of 5 fields were photographed, the number of apoptotic cells (brown) was counted in each field, and averaged for each tumor. A total of 10 SVR tumors per treatment (n=10) and 11 Hs578T tumors (n=11) were used for the analysis.
