The analysis in (B) was based on two-way ANOVA with Sidak’s post hoc tests. Values were significantly different at 10−8 M and above, with a P value <0.0001 at the highest concentration. Baseline diameter (2D) and dilation of mesenteric arteries from sham and DOCA-salt treated mice to acetylcholine (E) and nitroprusside (F) were similar. For all panels, n=5 or 6. *P<0.05 vs. sham.
