Transesophageal echocardiography findings. A) Day 6. Warts 10×6 mm in size were found at the aortic valve (total valve apex) and mitral valve. Moderate-to-severe aortic regurgitation and mitral regurgitation were also detected. B) Two months after treatment. The warts at the aortic valve (total valve apex) and mitral valve had remarkably regressed. Moderate aortic regurgitation and mitral regurgitation were still detected. C) One year after treatment.
