miR-155-5p exerts inhibitory effects on the proliferation and cloning abilities of lung squamous cell carcinoma cells via inhibition of FGF9 expression. (A) FGF9 protein is significantly inhibited when miR-155-5p is overexpressed. (B) CCK-8 assay results show that FGF9 overexpression can significantly block the promoting effect of miR-155-5p on cell proliferation.
