pLKO.1-puro and lincRNA-p21 targeting efficacy in sh-lincRNA-21-transduced stable transfectants. The expression levels of alveolar epithelial cells without stimulation or control transfectants were determined as 100%. Values are mean ± SEM. All of the in-vitro results in Figure 5 were representative of at least three independent experiments with similar findings.
