(B) Characterisation of sEV derived from blood plasma by dynamic light scattering (DLS). Graph shows that vesicles isolated from plasma displayed a mean diameter ranging between 30 and 120 nm. Intensity profiles showed that the major sEV population was approximately 50–120 nm in diameter (Invitrogen kit) and a second minor population was approximately 20–50 nm (Exiqon miRCURY kit).
