It is revealed that 15% of all metabolites showed an FDR below 0.35, 43% below 0.5. L-alpha-Aminobutyric acid and L-Tryptophan both have fold changes that exceed the plot margins, therefore they were set to a fold change of 2.7, and the correct fold change was included in their label.
