Cytotoxicity evaluation of normal cell lines (BNL-CL2 and L-132) and cancer cell lines (U87 and HeLa) cultured in a two-dimensional (2D) plate and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) multi-channel cell chip using the lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) assay. The cells were cultured at 1 × 105 cells/mL and treated with oleanolic acid (OA; 50, 100, 200, 300 µg/mL) for 24 h. The relative cell viability was calculated as the percentage of untreated cells.
