A functional analysis of the siRNA library identified RBPs that promote or suppress tumor cell growth, and a gene expressional analysis using cDNA microarray identified RBPs whose expression was abnormally changed in cancer cells. In this study, we focused on the tumor proliferation-related RBPs whose expression was not changed in cancer cells compared to non-cancer cells.
