B) Densitometric analysis of 263K (top) and DY (bottom) of remaining PrPres after incubation of AF4 fractions with increasing concentrations of SDS. 263K data was fitted to a sigmoidal function whereas DY data was fitted to a single decay hyperbolic function. Samples from three BH for each strain were analyzed. C) SDS concentration at which PrPres reaches half of the maximum intensity as a function of particle size.
