TGF-β1 enhances the expression of PD-1 and CTLA-4 on activated T cells. T cells were activated and treated with TGF-β1 (0, 5,10, 20 ng/mL) for 48 h. (A) The expression of PD-1 on T cells was analyzed by flow cytometry. (B) The expression of CTLA-4 on T cells was analyzed by flow cytometry. (C) The protein expression levels of PD-1 and CTLA-4 in T cells were analyzed by western blotting.
