Only 3 participants who tested positive for asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 had an unknown exposure source. All other participants with positive asymptomatic screens had previous known SARS-CoV-2 exposure or symptomatic SARS-CoV-2.

Participant with SARS-CoV-2 RT-qPCR cycle threshold <30 on an asymptomatic screen. Siblings developed mild symptoms (cough, headache, rhinorrhea) 1-2 days after the participant's positive screen when asymptomatic.
