Senescence in bovine aortic ECs by eNOS activation after radiation exposure. BAECs were irradiated at 4 Gy and incubated for 48 h. Cells were stained with phalloidin-A549 and their morphology was visualized. Irradiated cells showed senescent-like phenotype, and NO inhibitor L-NAME prevents senescence after radiation exposure.
